The Computational Pathology & AI Center of Excellence (CPACE) in conjunction with Intelligent Systems Program (ISP) at the University of Pittsburgh host the AI in Healthcare Research Symposium, a cutting-edge annual research event aimed at creating a formal platform for scientists, students, and practitioners of artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare. Bringing together leading experts, faculty members, students, and industry professionals, the Pitt CPACE & ISP AI in Healthcare Research Symposium offers valuable insights into the latest trends and breakthroughs in AI technology. The event features a diverse range of activities, including: (1) keynote speeches, (2) tutorials, (3) panel discussions, and (4) a poster session, covering various topics relevant to AI research and application in healthcare. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in deep discussions, exchange ideas, and expand their professional networks. By hosting this event, we aim to contribute to the advancement of AI research while encouraging growth and collaboration within the fundamental and applied AI community.

As part of the Pitt AI in Healthcare Research Symposium 2025, we are pleased to announce a Poster Submission and Competition opportunity for researchers, students, and professionals. Participants are invited to submit posters that showcase their innovative research, findings, or applications of AI in healthcare. The poster session will provide an excellent platform for presenting cutting-edge ideas, engaging with fellow attendees, and receiving valuable feedback from experts in the field. A panel of distinguished judges will review the submissions, and the best/first 3 posters will be recognized with awards. We encourage all those involved in AI healthcare research to participate and contribute to this exciting event.​​​
